Your new home is covered by Royal Oak Homes for twelve months after the date of purchase. A copy of the Royal Oak Homes Warranty Policy will be provided to you at the time you sign a purchase contract. At no additional cost to you, Royal Oak Homes also provides you with an extended builder’s warranty insurance program which covers major structural defects and other significant deficiencies in workmanship and materials for years 2-10. This warranty is completely transferable to a new purchaser should you sell your home during this period. Again, your sales consultant will provide you with a copy of this policy at the time you sign your purchase contract.

On March 13, 2014, AV Homes acquired substantially all of the assets of the Royal Oak Homes business and has continued to operate under the Royal Oak Homes brand. In connection with the acquisition, AV Homes agreed to provide two years of warranty administration services to the Royal Oak Homes sellers for homes closed prior to March 13, 2014. AV Homes/Royal Oak Homes is no longer acting as warranty administrator for the Royal Oak Homes sellers for homes closed prior to March 13, 2014. It is our understand that purchasers of Royal Oak Homes prior to March 13, 2014 were provided with an HBW 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty. Please note, all warranty requests or inquiries regarding Royal Oak Homes that closed prior to March 13, 2014, must be submitted directly to HBW as noted below (or as directed in your Limited Warranty Agreement)
